Class Party

This is the only pic I have from Logan's classroom Party because I was helping make ornaments and didn't get another chance to snap a shot...I'm hoping another parent got a few cute pics.

A Sunny Wonderland

The first graders put on an ADORABLE Holiday Program Their favorite song was a San Diego version of Winter Wonderland, singing about seagulls, Mr. Sandman and the Chargers.

Logan helped start Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer with a few of his classmates. "You know Dasher and Dancer..."

Even Santa joined in on the fun!

Trip the Light Fantastic

Searching out Christmas Lights is a family favorite pass time. This year we searched out a new spot called Belardo Lights (here is their story http://belardolights.com/index.html) It was an amazing display of lights and music.

We also saw our local favorites, Christmas Card Lane in PQ and Candy Cane Court in Poway.

Shawn and Logan are now inspired to create a light spectacular next year, oh dear!

Busy Bakers

Logan started talking about making gingerbread cookies since about the 4th of July, so you can imagine the excitement when the day finally arrived. Off to Nannie and Papa's to bake his little heart out.

Shawn jumped in to the fun too. Putting his own twist on cookie making.

Ready to take on the Big Kids now!

Last Saturday, Logan took his Orange Belt test...3 hours of focused skill demonstrations. He's trained hard to get to this point and now he moves from being a Little Ninja to a Kenpo Tiger (12 years & under). They better be nice to my little boy!
