The World's biggest sandbox never disappoints!
It was a bit crazy this time though, winter high tide means our usual beach pass was underwater. I had to leave the jogging stroller at the top of the rip-rap and scale over the boulders with all our beach stuff and the monkey. Must pack lighter next time.
Shawn met up with us for lunch, what a treat!
It was an amazingly gorgeous day, but the water quickly reminds you that it is still February. Caden loves the waves, even if his toe are numb, which means mine are too!

coincidentally, the train was passing by as we left. My dad always used to say it was time to head home when we saw the train.
It really was a spectacular beach day!
Caden was wiped out!
