It's begining to look a lot like...

Christmas Card 2010

Try, Try again
Eventually, they look cute!

Santa's House

A local family converts their house each year to Santa's house...it's an amazing thing! I heard rumors that last years would be it, so when I saw the sign posted again, I was so thrilled. We went opening night this time and it was as wonderful as always. To add to the fun, we had the Hofmaister Girls and Krenz Boys over for soup before we drove up to see Santa.
BTW - Caden couldn't get the words out fast enough..."I want new shoes, Santa, that light up", Logan asked for books, lots of books.
This year we had the honor of meeting the owner. He truly loves doing this and we are so grateful for his kindness and generosity and his tremendous amount of Christmas Spirit. The moms finished up at the Barrel Room...a great way to top off an awesome evening.

At the Zoo with a bunch of Monkeys aka Logan's class trip

You gotta love it when you don't find out until the end of the day WHY you only have 3 boys in your field trip group...BECAUSE ONE OF THEM WAS LOST AT THE ZOO LAST YEAR...and tried his darndest to get lost again!!
It was a day of "Keep your hands to yourself" "Watch your words" "Say excuse me" and "Who needs to use the bathroom?" Gotta love second grade boys!!

Lots of turkey, no photos

So apparently I went on a photo strike for the end of November...not sure why, but I guess that makes getting caught up on Vanpeltium a little easier.
We kicked off Turkey Week with a feast in Logan's second grade class... Doesn't this picture just scream THANKFUL?!?
Later in the week, Logan had a super spectacular treat...a day at Legoland with Ally and Zoe, as a belated birthday present. They all had a blast!
This year for Thanksgiving, we celebrated at the Woodamans. Betty and Woody hosted an incredible spread...we all walked away over stuffed and full of gratitude.
Cheers Everyone! Thanks for stopping by!

They grow up so fast
