Happy Birthday Aunt Robin!!
Today is Shawn's Aunt Robin's Birthday! (BTW- Shawn used to call her Aunt Boobie, which I think is just hilarious) She sent us this adorable cow, along with a bunch of other great baby stuff, when Logan was born. It seemed appropriate to have Caden rockin' out for Robin's bday.
Happy Birthday Aunt Robin! We hope to see you again soon XXOO

Father's Day Festivities
We started our Father's day celebrations Saturday night with Grandpa, Grandma and Aunt Kelly (it was Kelly's bday too!) I surprised the dads with some steamed lobster tails. 8 minutes over boiling beer...delicious!
On Sunday morning, Shawn work up to homemade raspberry turnovers using raspberry jam made from scratch, oh yeah...
Then it was off to the zoo to check out the new Elephant Exhibit.

Caught in the Act
So yesterday morning was a bit of a challenge...Caden had a diaper blowout that I didn't notice right away...I'll spare you the stinky messy details but the end results involved a change of clothes for me, a bath for Caden and the Bissell carpet cleaner. Anyway, I needed to keep Caden out of the danger zone for a while to clean up the mess, so I plopped him on the other side of the baby barrier and kept one eye on him while I cleaned up. I noticed he was quiet for a little too long only to discover he had made it into the diaper bag and retrieved crackers, totally closed up in a baggie. So he opened the bag and pulled out the crackers, munching away, proud as can be. This boy will never starve!
