It's Jog-a-Thon time again...On April 29th Logan will be running around the school track for 20 minutes to raise money to keep their PE teacher, who is no longer funded by the district.

You can pledge $1 or 2/lap (each lap = 1/4 mile) or make a flat donation. You get to choose :)

The boys are back...

...for my three regular readers, you may recall I mentioned that Logan and his Painted Rocker buddies were gearing up for their THIRD appearance in the school talent show. After weeks of practice (to the point that this song will forever be burned into my brain) the day finally arrived...

Without further ado, Here are The Painted Rockers, performing "Check Yes, Juliet" (insert thunderous applause here)

yet another Caden quote

The other day our neighbors brought home a new dog, a rescued Italian Greyhound just like their 11 year old "Pepper" that they had to put to sleep about 6 months ago. They were very excited to share the new dog with Caden because they know he LOVES doggies. At first sight of their new dog, Caden yells "Look, Pepper isn't old or dead anymore!"

2 weeks by the numbers

Over the last 14 days, this family has experienced the following

1 night of barf-o-rama

2 sinus infections

2 ear infections

3 bouts of pink eye

3 days camping in the desert

3 cans of lysol in constant use

5 dr office visits

5 trips to the pharmacy

6 boxes of kleenex

12 million loads of laundry

1 very helpful Dad who secretly loves that he can escape to work

1 sick and tired Mom

Add this all up and you won't question when you see all of us living in a bubble for the rest of the cold and flu season.
