Mo' Fun, Mo' Cold, Mojave

Over Veteran's Weekend we hit the road and headed about 5 hours north east to the Mojave Desert. Such beautiful open space...and best of all, we got to share this wonderful place with some of our bestest friends.

One day we packed a picnic lunch and took a hike. We were to ONLY ones around, how cool is that! When the wind was blowing, it was a bit chilly...Caden's hood kept falling down so we solved that problem by plopping a hat on top...function over fashion...
