How could I forget??? On our way to SF, we stopped in Castroville. You may not know this but Castroville is the ARTICHOKE capital of the UNIVERSE!!! We had to stop and EAT, we had steamed artichoke(yummy), fried artichoke hearts (supper yummy) and even artichoke bread (tasted like any ol' vegetable bread ala zucchini). And of course, a pic next too the LARGEST ARTICHOKE in the UNIVERSE!
